@marinadpol Staying up the night before never worked for me - also a fan of trying to do things during the morning and get a decent nap in at midday.

Gentle exercise in the afternoon also helped :) I end up flipping my body clock by 12h or so - breakfast cereal at 6pm FTW 😂
