Not to mention the passengers that need assistance boarding a train, or the passengers that need assistance when on the train? The tories evidently want driver only trains, and then they’ll want no driver trains (you heard it here first) stop this capitalism before it’s too late!

My mother was due to catch a train last week from Port Talbot to Cardiff & there was no one in the ticket office (Staff shortage) & the ticket machine was out of use. As a result she wasn’t able to board the train. Sharing this as a reminder that staff in the station is essential
