It’s great all this 7yr warranty and want to deliver best customer experience but being left without a working car is awful!! This is the worst customer service and care I’ve ever received!! @Kia_Worldwide please look into how your franchises as they all appear to be struggling.
Next available appt to look at it further is another 4 weeks, then a couple of weeks to work out and fix.
In the meantime I am left without a working car, living in a rural area with a baby.

Don’t normally do this but I’m beyond it now… our Kia Sportage hasn’t worked since June (car won’t reverse/gear box issue which is under warranty)… today was the first appt we could get for them to “diagnose the issue”, yip gearbox issue. @Kia_Worldwide
