14-year-old Wyoming boy Bobby Maher was stabbed to death at a mall by two teens wearing ski masks at a shopping mall.

The two teens, both 15, named Jarreth Plunkett and Dominique Harris, were stalking his girlfriend and another girl when Bobby showed up to escort them to safety.

Surveillance footage shown to the court shows that Bobby was backing off when the two teens then lunged at him, picking him up and slamming him head first into the ground before punching him repeatedly. One of them, Plunkett, plunged a knife into Bobby.

After they were arrested, they told police that he called them “freaks,” which they are, but there’s no evidence that he did anything more than tell them to leave when they were harassing the girls.

Bobby Maher was brave, and he didn’t deserve this.
