I have a huge PS5 JRPG catalogue to play while my Switch 2 is mainly my first party JRPG/indie machine atm.

If only Switch 2 JRPGs didn't have GKC and many of them actually 60fps, I would made the Switch ASAP.

Another Switch 2 JRPG miss for me.
Game Key Card + 30FPS and Storage Horder are the worst combination for me that drains your Battery Life fast making it anti portable.

I'm sticking with PS5 and in the future ROG ALLY for this.

Switch 2 has botched the Sky games Chapter visually so it's Steam ROG ALLY Z1 EXTREME for me.

@x3phia I generally lost hope and respect for Nintendo in terms of thrid party JRPGS support and decided to invest on ROG ALLY Z1 Extreme when Sony goes full digital in 2028.

@x3phia I ended up cancelling my UK physical Switch 2 version due to this and decided to keep my PS5 copy.

The Switch 2 can't seem to stop taking L's in terms of Third party JRPGs from Game Key Card, inconsistent 30fps or below experiences to now this...

@MetroidFREAK21 And it's sadly the one of the three non Nintendo JRPGs that is a full cart release.

The other two is Fantastic Life and Inazuma Eleven Victory Road.

Sad times.

Switch 2 was very close until Game Key Card thing came in to ruin it especially for JRPGs

Even with Xbox Disc to Digital programe Xbox is such nothing burger with barely any noteworthy games and awful JRPG support

@Rec_A_Dork I hope that Non Nintendo JRPGS will get full game cards on Switch 2 as right now, it's very miserable with game key cards with many running at inconsistent 30fps ☠️💀
