@HM_Passport absolute joke.Application sent on 24th dec.Been processing since 15th Feb and no further progress.Nobody knows whats happening and no one ever calls back.Sort it out!

@nicolecleggx @HM_Passport Same.sent documents signed for on 25th jan,still showing on royal mail as we've got it. Phoned rm and they said they can't record delivery as they deliver sack fulls at a time to passport office and it will be updated once it has gone through there internal mail.still waiting!
