She turned 14 pounds of chicken she got on sale into 16 pints of shelf-stable meat that’ll last for years.

Meat prices keep climbing, so this is such a smart move. She bought a bulk amount of chicken on sale at Costco, pressure canned it, and now she has a stockpile that doesn’t take up any freezer space and won’t go bad if the power goes out.

Buying in bulk when it goes on sale and canning it is one of the best ways to lock in lower prices right now.
