EU AI Act & executive order have reasonable intent and are realistic.
SB1047 has 0% chance to pass.

Regulation focusing on front end developers like SB1047 is not reasonable.
Back end regulation on users and deployers of models is much more reasonable and achievable. And it doesn’t stunt growth as much.
