@msjellman @GCHSMrsDavis If you have vicks/the shower spray Walmart brand is really good to help you breathe. If not if you have oregano leaves, boil them let water boil well & then put pot in front of you, have a towel cover your head and breathe. any leaves like lavender or eucalyptus helps.🙏🏼🙏🏼
