Declassified CIA files just dropped on the 25th anniversary and the picture is ugly. Bush got eighteen Presidential Daily Briefs in 2001 warning Osama Bin Laden was determined to strike the United States.

Clinton saw the same plot in 1998 and passed on killing Bin Laden when he had the shot. The hijackers still walked in on legal visas, trained at U.S. flight schools, and operated out of Saudi-linked networks in San Diego.

The same leaders rebuilt Muslim countries and demanded Americans pretend this was a religion of peace.
