We now have over 17,000 Supply Crate requests. As a result, we have a lot of questions to answer, so before you hit our contact form or DM us, here's some frequently asked questions:

❓Question: I haven’t received a reply about my Supply Crate request or the photos I sent in, did you guys receive it?
➡️Answer: We do not reply to Supply Crate requests once the form has been submitted or emails sent to [email protected]. This is due to the sheer number of requests we receive in a week, and we do not have the manpower to send out 100-5000 replies a week.

What is your favorite gaming monitor companies? Unfortunately our @PixioGaming rep is no longer with the company with no warning or even deactivation of their email so we had no clue. Anyone have any connections to help @StackUpDotOrg out? We are looking for 10 monitors to be sent with PCs in November.

With over 21000 requests now we're answering our most frequently asked question:

❓Question: I submitted a Supply Crate request. Where is my Supply Crate?
➡️Answer: We have now received over 21,000 Supply Crate requests. That number will increase by the end of the year.
We are a small team and as a charity our funding is dependent on donations. As such, we’re only able to send out ~200-250 Supply Crates a year. It is very likely you will not receive a Supply Crate anytime soon. Please be patient with us as we continue processing requests.
