@SarahLaDuke If you get to 32 grams yield too fast, make the grind finer, too slow, make it coarser. Adjust as need and report back!

@SarahLaDuke Ok terminology: dose=dry ground coffee in the portafilter. Yield=wet espresso in the cup. Measure both by weight. Shoot for 19 gram dose, 32 gram yield. Aim for that to happen in 25-28 seconds.
