Here’s how to optimize your hormones naturally:
1. Tongkat Ali (LJ100) — LJ100 is a patented extract of Eurycoma longifolia. It increases free testosterone by reducing SHBG, the protein that binds testosterone and renders it biologically inactive, and stimulates LH release from the pituitary to signal the testes to produce more testosterone. Studies show LJ100 increases total testosterone by up to 37%.
2. Boron — a trace mineral with direct impact on hormonal balance. Reduces SHBG and inhibits aromatase, the enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen. A study using 10mg daily for 4 weeks found free testosterone increased by 28% and estradiol dropped by 39%.
