@McConaghyAlex4 Proud teacher moment ❤️ I’m at a training in KC and our first task was to write about a hero, someone who has impacted us. The young man sitting next to me wrote about Mr. McConaghy. Keep up the good work, Alex.
I'm proud to share this year's 8th-grade veteran web pages. Thank you, veterans, for your service and for sharing your lives with my students.

While reading and discussing MLK’s “I Have a Dream,” I heard, “We need a Martin Luther King Jr. today,” and “Man, his words really do give you goosebumps.” Aren’t 7th graders wonderful?
I'm thankful for the sacrifices our military men and women make each day and proud of my students' hard work in creating web pages honoring them this year.

The one day a year I eat bologna- our classroom Outsiders Day! Glad we finished the year by reading The Outsiders but sure wish I were eating with my students this year. @se4realhinton
@BrookeHemm It sounded like they were having fun next door and the winners walked through my room wearing their “medals”. Must have been a good activity!
