@RawBeautyKristi After the bath... both of my babies hated being taken out of the warm water. I would preheat a heating pad and put a towel over it. I'd unplug it before laying them on it after swaddling them when I got them out of the tub. It worked miracles, as long as I got it right.

@RawBeautyKristi My son weighed 9 # 3 oz... my 3rd trimester, I had round ligament pain, trouble breathing, low back pain, feelings that he was boxing with my cervix... it was rough. Try a warm bath (not hot.) Recline, and keep your lower legs under a pillow to relieve low back pain. Hugs!
