Hi I am Aaron. I am making it a goal to visit as many baseball stadiums as I can - Major League and Minor Leagues. I’ve currently been to 6 MLB and 6 minor league stadiums. Tomorrow I am visiting Dow Diamond, home of the @greatlakesloons in Midland, Michigan.
Just have to say, it was so awesome seeing Miguel Cabrera hit a HR last night at Comerica. And it is such an underrated park. Had an amazing fan turnout as well for being a team 20 games under .500 playing on a Monday night.
I went to Modern Woodmen Park yesterday, a baseball treasure. It is home of the Quad Cities River Bandits in Davenport, Iowa. They’re a KC Royals affiliate and are on the banks of the Mississippi River. Beautiful views and an amusement park built into it behind LF. Amazing!
Stacking up on them @coltkeith3 cards. Really unfortunate he got hurt, but he’s gonna jump up on them prospect boards next year. Get well soon Colt. Also, I’ll be taking a trip this weekend to Quad Cities River Bandits ballpark in Davenport, Iowa. High A team of KC.
Today, Diego Cartaya is making his High A debut for Great Lakes. The catcher is the Dodgers top prospect and the 24th overall prospect according to MLB Pipeline. He walked in his first PA.
I am here at Dow Diamond, home of the High-A Great Lakes Loons, a Dodgers affiliate. Very underrated park that most people in Michigan don’t even know about, probably because it’s in the small town of Midland and people don’t realize the Dodgers have a farm team here.
