Should businesses Switch Off At Night?

Could be more - I'm seriously considering a Gov Pol to mandate that industry and businesses switch off lights and electrical devices overnight. I spend a lot of time driving at night🚑Who exactly window-shops for houses, cars, wedding dresses, carpets etc. at 3am? Your opinion?

I read a tweet in the wee small hours (can't remember where) about battery states-of-health mobi vs #ev. I was *genuinely* surprised this week comparing my 18-month-old Nokia 7+ (83%) with my 20K mile 2015 22kWh @GroupeRenaultEV Zoe (98%) I have no concerns! @RZOC @GuardianSmurf
