#StainesPrepReception have enjoyed learning about Chinese New Year. They have immersed themselves in role play at our Chinese restaurant 🥢, learnt about dragon dancing 🐲, formed Chinese numerals and used their creative skills to make fantastic artwork. #StainesPrepBeYourBest

#StainesPrepReception loved baking Christmas biscuits in our wonderful home economics room. The pupils took turns to stir the mixture and enjoyed cutting the biscuits and their centre shapes which were filled with boiled sweets before baking. 🎄 ⭐️

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in #StainesPrepReception. Santa's workshop has arrived and the pupils have had a wonderful time designing and building toys, and wrapping gifts for all the boys and girls. #EarlyYears

#StainesPrepReception had a fabulous time outside today, after a very rainy morning. They loved using their gross motor skills to run and jump in puddles, and used wonderful vocabulary to chat about what they were doing. ☔️ #EarlyYears

#StainesPrepReception enjoyed a listening walk at school last week. By quietly walking around the school, they heard many environmental sounds such as; planes, cars, diggers, fans, birds and teachers! Pupils wrote phonemes to represent what they could hear #EarlyYears 👂😀.
