#StainesPrepReception loved baking Christmas biscuits in our wonderful home economics room. The pupils took turns to stir the mixture and enjoyed cutting the biscuits and their centre shapes which were filled with boiled sweets before baking. π βοΈ
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in #StainesPrepReception. Santa's workshop has arrived and the pupils have had a wonderful time designing and building toys, and wrapping gifts for all the boys and girls. #EarlyYears

#StainesPrepReception enjoyed a listening walk at school last week. By quietly walking around the school, they heard many environmental sounds such as; planes, cars, diggers, fans, birds and teachers! Pupils wrote phonemes to represent what they could hear #EarlyYears ππ.

#StainesPrepReception have been having a SENSational time exploring their sense of taste in #StainesPrepEnglish lessons. They tried lots of fruits and vegetables and used adjectives to describe all of the wonderful different tastes and textures. #CommunicationAndLanguage
