I caught this news segment this morning on Los Angeles local NBC about Jose Alvarez, a teacher at John Muir Middle School and lifelong @Dodgers fan. When his school's annual Dodgers field trip was canceled due to a teacher's strike, Jose went to the game himself, bought the limited edition Hello Kitty x Dodgers sweatshirts, and gifted them to his class! His dedication to his students and honoring his late father's love of the Dodgers was incredible to see. Teachers like Mr. Alvarez deserve to be celebrated!
