Badshot Lea FC are delighted to announce Martin Young as our new Women’s First Team Coach ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Martin brings over 20 years of football experience as both a player and coach, with a strong passion for player development and creating positive, ambitious environments where players can thrive.

On joining the club, Martin said:

“I’m incredibly proud and excited to be joining Badshot Lea FC Women’s as First Team Coach. Craig’s vision for the club made this an opportunity I was delighted to accept, and I can’t wait to work with the players and help build a team everyone can be proud of. Up the Baggies! ⚽”

🚨 WOMENS ASSISTANT MANAGER APPOINTMENT 🚨

Badshot Lea FC are delighted to announce the appointment of @DullawayDan our new Women’s Assistant Manager ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Dan joins the club with a wealth of experience across both the women’s and men’s game. Over the last three seasons, he has been involved in women’s football with Farnborough Women and most recently Ash United Women. Prior to that, Dan gained valuable experience in the men’s game with Chertsey Town, Knaphill Athletic and Ash United.

His knowledge, passion and commitment to developing players and supporting a positive team environment make him a fantastic addition to the coaching team as we continue building for the future.

We’re excited to welcome Dan to the Baggies family and look forward to seeing the impact he will make both on and off the pitch.

Badshot Lea FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Stake as the club’s new Women’s First Team Manager ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Craig currently manages the Slough Town U18s side and will continue in that role alongside joining us. He also brings a wealth of experience from previous roles with Rushmoor Community, Junior Shots and Ash United across a variety of youth football environments.

Craig joins the club at an exciting time as preparations begin for a brand new era for our women’s setup.

🗣️ 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲:

“Delighted to be named the new manager of Badshot Lea FC Women’s team.

A new era is under way and after last season, it’s about rebuilding the squad and getting them back up as quickly as possible!
