Late game breeding takes almost as much time as the runs themselves and is way too boring to put up with now that you can’t just turn your brain off and inbreed the same abilities

@Deeaeze @politicswarblog @GreenTextRepost I mean the nerf to inbreeding. Late game meta was to inbreed and mutate away any debuffs to keep good abilities, stats, & mutations. Now mutations can’t override birth defects so all the prep I spent days on was now worthless. Now breeding when your house has 300 cat is tedious

@politicswarblog @GreenTextRepost Isaac did it well. Mewgenics (the new game from the same creator) killed all my interest in 100% with their balance patch though. Made an already tedious late game even more annoying. I still reccomend the game though, it’s awesome

What's so great about Kane is that while I think his writing could use some improvement, he already has such a mastery of the visual language of film that makes even his freshman outing so much more interesting that 90% of main stream movies look lazy by comparison.
