I love it, I try my best to focus on getting more protein in my diet, and honestly when I'm on it I don't crave the sugar or carbs, I've also added in more resistance training. I'm not going to let myself get painfully thin, I know I won't already just by reducing my dose, I'm over 40 so I don't want to look gaunt. I don't know that I will be able to get off of it completely yet, I tried skipping weeks and I piled on 25 pounds so I recommend once you hit your goal, to very gradually reduce the dose and see what happens. Sharon and Kelly Osborn have done some major cosmetic surgeries to their faces, and they both need to gain a little weight back, I'm not buying Sharon's claims that she can't because of Ozempic, they're both just OCD.
I remember arguing with a number of women about this over 12 years ago at work. I said you can't be both, it's either the corporate career or being a mom. I told them I'm not going to have kids because I don't believe I can be there fully for them, since I have to work, and I think kids deserve to have a mom that stays home. As a child my mom was at work during the day, and I was left alone at lot, and I hated it.
@Kneon I don't really see this as a conserv vs. libber thing, it's more of a generational thing. Boomers think it's silly for anyone over 25 to be playing video games, and gen x and up refuse to completely grow up. I am a bit in the refuse to grow up camp.
