How would we ‘re-interpret” this verse?
And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child
Zech 12:10
100% of what I believe. Believers have been under the wrath of Satan since the beginning. Why would the end times be any different?
“He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood…”
When does come back he comes to rescue the ones under the wrath of Satan.
“Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
Love how the Bible leaves clues within scriptures. Daniel being in Babylon (East of Jerusalem) when he received the prophecy about the Messiah. Daniel in chapter 2-24 is referred to as one of the wise men. In Matthew 2:1 the ones visiting Jesus are referred to as “wise men” these connecting words matter. It’s like the Lord saying you never have to leave scripture to interpret scripture. Only a portion of the Jewish exiles went back to Israel after the 70 year expulsion. So it’s probably a safe inference that the wise men who visited Jesus were also Jewish.
@JimBrandyberry@syntax2600 7 days of creation aren’t literal. Jesus didn’t go to the wilderness for 40 days, he wasn’t in the tomb for 3 days, he want on earth for 3.5 years, he didn’t ascend after 40 days. If 1000 years aren’t literal than no number is.
@EllaFlash @AaronInWriting That’s so true but this way get engagement and engagement gets money and that’s the heart of the evil we see with these theobros.
