1. Drawing on Aristotle’s conception of justice as the restoration of balance where wrongs have been committed, I contend that post-colonial African states possess a legitimate claim to redress for historical injustices inflicted upon indigenous peoples.

Joshua 5:6 For the children of Israel walked forty years in the wilderness, till all the people that were men of war, which came out of Egypt, were consumed, because they obeyed not the voice of the Lord: unto whom the Lord sware that he would not shew them the land, which the Lord sware unto their fathers that he would give us, a land that floweth with milk and honey. (KJV)
These men were men of war. They developed their hands so well in fighting and breaking into territories, yet they did not develop their ability to hear. When God gave them new orders and instructions on how they should occupy new territories; they did not listen, and they disobeyed the voice of The Commander.
In your attempt to conquer territories and atmosphere that are in possession of your spoils, you must be a person of war. But whilst you are fighting, you must have the ability to hear God’s voice because orders on how to fight will be coming as you fight.
There are secrets and orders that you will be told by the Spirit of God, every now and then but is your ability to hear those orders that will guarantee your victory.
