Through this incident, we have come to recognize that simply imposing sanctions is not enough to resolve our Commanders' concerns. We also take seriously the fact that we failed to sufficiently explain what measures had been taken.

As an expression of our apology, we will be providing a small compensation reward through in-game mail. Please check your mailbox.

From now on, we will provide more transparent information on the results of sanctions for unauthorized program use, as well as the criteria for judgment that can be disclosed, while continuing to improve our actual detection and verification functions.
