@wattbike customer service is a disgrace. Order submitted 26th April. Told 6-8 WK delivery. No contact whatsoever & at end of WK 8 I chase you to be told dispatch end of WK 9. No apology. End of wk 9 comes and first date your courier can deliver is start of week 11.
@IdealBoilers I phoned customer service over a week ago (promised a call back that never happened) and I emailed on Wed and no response either. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I have an Ideal Touch that’s a complete waste of money as you offer no support when it won’t work.
