@bandq_help Can I please say that your service is one of the worst ever. I pay for a new oven which is dinted when unpacked ontop. I want replacement, which is 2 months later. I want a refund, I arrange collection, wait in all day and nothing. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
