Spoiler, it's cuz they have to to win. They don't HAVE to score when up 25 to 13. They do when the game is a shootout.

Similarly, they wanna act like Allen outokays or keep pace with Mahomes in their games, but forget that Allen is playing Chiefs D, not Bills
