- Your scenery is beautiful
- Folk have STRONG opinions on barbecue and gas prices
- Biscuits and gravy are definitely
NOT scones and mushrooms

But above all… the people are amazing, true salt of the earth folk and remind me of back home in Yorkshire (a high compliment)

This happened to us. Bought tickets for England v Croatia in December. Gone. Stub hub had similar tickets still available on their app and wouldn’t give us comparable available. @StubHub ended selling for much more. This cannot be legal.

Hey @StubHub @TeamStubHub I bought 4 tickets to the Brazil vs Haiti - World Cup game on June 19th in Philadelphia. I purchased the tickets back in November, 2025. Now 2.5 days before the game you send me an email stating the original seller can not deliver his tickets to me, but that you'll replace them as per the FanProtect Guarantee. When I click the link to accept my new set of 4 tickets, it says no tickets available and my only option is to take a refund. I don't want a refund, I want my damn tickets that my family was looking forward to going to for the last 7 months. After 2 hours on the phone with your unhelpful cur card trading reps I was told too bad, refund or nothing. You guys have really made a huge mess of this not only for me, but apparently many others. I've been a loyal customer since your inception and have paid a fortune in fees both buying and selling tickets over the years. Maybe you can do the right thing and replace my 4 tickets with 4 of the thousands you still have up for sale on your site instead of telling me you can only offer a refund. I've contacted BBB, the attorney general of NJ, the attorney general of PA and I'm refusing a refund. I want my 4 tickets replaced with 4 comparable tickets, as the FanProtect Guarantee states. Tickets have more than quadrupled since I purchased these tickets, so your refund is useless.

- 2019: Execs ordered a stalking campaign against blogger couple the Steiners. Sent live bugs, a pig mask, and a funeral wreath to their home. GPS tracked their car. CEO Wenig ("take her down") walked with $57M severance. Never charged.

- 2022: 7 employees convicted. Ringleader Jim Baugh sentenced to 57 months in federal prison.

- 2023: DOJ sues eBay for selling 343K emissions defeat devices and illegal pesticides. Potential $1.9B exposure.

- 2024: eBay pays $3M criminal fine (statutory max) to DOJ for the stalking. Same month, pays $59M for facilitating illegal pill press sales.

- 2026: Steiner civil suit ($466M punitive ask) settled, then collapsed. Trial set for Jan 2027.

Multiple DOJ actions. 7 convictions. Billions in exposure. A decade of self-inflicted chaos. Utter waste of shareholder capital, while the business has failed to grow and the margins + stockholders’ equity is depleting by the quarter. Is this board and CEO really the best to run this iconic American brand?
