@CommonsLUHC 2/n In any case, Shared Ownership speeds up the process to get on the housing ladder albeit with a % of a home. However, it is a highly complex product and I agree with the report that new and existing shared owners have to be closely supported along their SO journey.

The eye popping fall in US government yields continues this morning, taking the 10-year to comfortably below 4% — a decline of some 100 basis points in a little less than two months.
Given the sizable moves in the US government bond market, yields elsewhere are being dragged down too.
