@Rainmaker1973 I used to have a Nokia N82, and I can confirm it could do it. Its xenon flash emitted a short (~1/10,000s or even less), intense burst of light, acting as exposure time and overriding shutter speed, perfectly freezing fast motion. It is something LED flashes can't replicate.
