We are deeply saddened by the tragic events that took place on June 1 in Muscatine, Iowa. Muscatine is not just a location – it is home, and central to who we are as an organization.
Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones of all those affected. #MuscatineStrong
#StanleyProjectSpotlight – Since 2013, we have helped @TAMU manage stormwater across its campuses.
With extensive development occurring on the West Texas A&M Campus, we focused heavily on nearby White Creek, refining hydrologic models, assessing runoff impacts and identifying regional detention strategies to help limit discharge to predevelopment levels.
We also performed stream stabilization, stormwater improvements and drainage support at locations across the university, including Polo Field, to protect infrastructure and preserve valuable campus streams.

#StanleyProjectSpotlight: An international pizza chain needed a clearer view of climate risk across its most exposed sites. Our experts at Resilient Analytics, a Stanley Consultants company, analyzed 69 climate-sensitive locations in North America and the UK, assessing risks from heat, heavy precipitation, wildfire, drought, flooding and rising cooling demand.
The results helped pinpoint operational vulnerabilities and gave leadership a clearer basis for facility planning and capital investments.

As growth accelerates across the U.S., traffic congestion is increasingly a geometry problem — not simply a capacity one. The most resilient transportation networks are those planned and designed with geometry as a central principle, not an afterthought.
Our latest blog breaks down what that looks like in practice: https://t.co/tf5915eSrT
We're growing our team with people ready to take on meaningful infrastructure work. Recognized by @USATODAY as a 2026 Top Workplace, we've created an environment where your expertise makes a real impact. Explore our open positions: https://t.co/diq8BIUnsQ
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s PFAS OUT initiative is pushing water systems across the country to address PFOA and PFOS now, with a focus on early action and support for communities that need it most.
Many utilities are moving past the wait-and-see phase and starting to plan how to deal with these forever chemicals.
Now’s the time to get a plan in place: https://t.co/KyW9jogeUz
We’re excited to share that Stanley Consultants has been recognized as one of the 100 Best Commercial Fleets by @nafafleet. Our work continues as we test new ideas, including telematics and EVs, to keep improving.
The next few years will be packed with massive, high-stakes projects to modernize and expand the energy grid. As a result, early decisions on siting, permitting and system design are more important than ever.

National Public Works Week is a time to recognize the people who keep essential community infrastructure operating safely and reliably. Whether designing resilient energy solutions or engineering stronger water and transportation infrastructure, we're proud to support the public works clients whose daily efforts sustain our communities. #NPWW
#StanleyProjectSpotlight - For @ColoradoDOT, our team supported the replacement of 19 rural bridges – many over 80 years old – along heavily traveled routes in southeastern and central Colorado.
Using advanced digital tools and modeling, we supported preliminary design and helped prepare design-build procurement documents for this proactive safety investment.

#StanleyProjectSpotlight - In cities like Phoenix, where rapid growth and extreme heat are the norm, sewer systems are often pushed beyond their original design capacity.
In Maricopa County, Stanley led design and construction management for this @PHXWater project, upgrading more than 3,200 feet of aging sewer line while minimizing disruption to surrounding neighborhoods.
For more than 85 years, we’ve partnered with @mpw_tweets – starting in 1939 with the design of Unit 5, a cornerstone of MPW’s early energy infrastructure.
Today, we’re helping advance MPW’s Power the Future strategy as lead designer for the EcoGen 10 and Muscatine Solar 2 projects, which will deliver reliable, cost-effective power for customers while supporting the broader regional grid.

54% of U.S. manufactured housing is located in areas highly exposed to two or more climate hazards. This suggests climate resilience strategies need to extend beyond individual structures to include:
• Investments in community infrastructure
• Improved access to financing, insurance and risk-informed planning
• Long-term housing stability in high-risk areas
If more than half of manufactured housing faces multiple hazards, what should resilience planning prioritize first? Share your perspective. ⬇️
40% of AEC professionals say labor shortages are increasing pressure on their teams. Many firms, including Stanley, are investing in smarter tools and workflows to ease the load and better support people.
This #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, we’re discussing how we can foster healthier ways of working while delivering exceptional projects. What's working in the industry and where can things improve? Share your thoughts below. 👇
The grid is under pressure to keep pace with AI’s enormous appetite for power in a more complex, decentralized energy landscape.
Digital substations help modernize aging infrastructure with automation and built-in security, but getting there takes a secure, phased approach.
