Yesterday I hit a milestone with Fragua.
From three documents — the MVP, the Brand Guide, and the Technical Guide — Fragua can now scaffold a Rails app well beyond `rails new`. It reads those documents and preconfigures the project into what I call the "Foundation": database, authentication, gems, port, conventions… the base ready to actually start building on.
From there I can already run specs over git worktrees, with an abstraction the user never even notices. Fragua handles everything under the hood; you just see things happen.
This puts Fragua a little closer to opening it up for other people to try. Not yet, but getting closer.

@gabo Si. Te confieso que cuando salieron los sencillos los escuche una vez y ya. Pero una vez que se publico el album le di un par de escuchas y de ahí ya no paré.

Design tip: Color your grays and blacks
- Add a grey rectangle
- Overlay your primary color on top
- Reduce opacity to 5-15%
- Color pick from the overlapped shape
- Repeat for your dark and light colors
Now, your palette is more consistent 👌
