@AmazonUK your service is outrageously bad...I bought an item ..said ot was deliverd it wasn't..rang customer services they gave my money back .Ordered it again, waited in ALL day and the delivery driver said attempted to deliver ...I rang customer services and got nowhere

@Se_Railway I'd love to know what the obstruction was that caused this amount of delay.If a friend had not saved the day for me I wouldn't be back in Chatham till 2.43am ...a woman on her own!!!! That's if that train actually did go .I have to be back up to London for work at 10am

@AmazonUK I am so fed up with not being able to talk to someone.Most orders I get " attempted delivery" but your delivery person is blatantly lying
I ( yet again) have been in waiting ....no delivery ..why do I pay prime ??????????Not happy at all🤬
