The Burlington Cougars have received Braeden Burke from the Chatham Maroons in exchange for a player development fee.

At the @TEPTournament Friday Hayden Reid of @LeamFlyers scored three goals in the space of a minute and half in period three for the Devco Hockey #2 team. Also with the hat trick Braeden Burke who played for the Flyers and @amherstburgjrc last season.
One of the worst things HS athletes do is skip meals and rely on energy drinks for "fuel". Your muscles need protein to grow. You can't get that from an energy drink. You'll be slow and lethargic without proper nutrition. A recipe for overeating at night followed by poor sleep.
