I started the repair process to have my @Google Pixel fixed three weeks ago. 9 days ago I was emailed that there was a 'delay' with no other information. No one can tell me what this means or when I might have a phone that works. @madebygoogle @GooglePixel_US @uBreakiFix

@GooglePixel_US It simply stopped turning on out of nowhere, so don't count on reliability. When I brought it to the repair shop, I was told this was a common issue, and they should send me a replacement. 3 weeks later, and nothing.

It shouldn't take 9 days to ship a refurbished or replaced phone. It shouldn't be impossible to get an update on what's causing the delay. People need a phone to function in 21st century society. I used to love my @GooglePixel_US phone. Now, I wouldn't recommend one to anyone.
