@HSBC_UK Like i said, i have been getting this for months and i thought it would resolve itself and gave it the benifit of the doubt for a month now, but im sick of it now and if it continues i think i will move banks

@HSBC_UK i have had the “cannot to connect to server” error on my online banking for over a month now. 1 day it works the next it doesnt and always comes up with this error. I have reinstalled the app with no luck and im getting extremely fustrated now

@HSBC_UK The issue isnt the secure key, the issue is i get this error 75% of the time!!! I get the loading screen for 20-30 secs then the error message please see photo’s attached

@amy_hxmbrey Exactly, you can can create so many examples of this, so the whole i didnt choose to have big boobs so i shouldent pay doesnt really work imo. If it costs the manufacturer more they should be able to charge more!
