Bach and Elgar the perfect end to a magnificent, dignified service. Wonderful choice of music, loved the Weir and MacMillan. Beautifully crafted singing and playing from all musicians involved. Thank you.

If we want to be able to continue to demonstrate to the rest of the world that we do ceremony/pomp/commemoration better than anybody else, we must make #music a priority in our schools. Salutes to the bands, @WAbbeyChoir, Chapel Royal St James's and St George's Windsor today.

Probably shouldn't be saying this here but not all church choir members are devout Christians but they love the music and the form of worship esp Choral Evensong, and it adds a valuable spiritual dimension to their lives. Don't let disbelief worry you.
