FOCUS/ENERGY! This would halt anyone…20…50… or 80! His team should have recognized this much earlier.

@CNN President Biden was let down by the people who should have been paying attention to his voice! I have been preparing voices for performance for decades and the President was quite simply dehydrated!!!
His voice was dry and that impacts breath…thought process …and nerves!
