The Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS) is alerting parents, caregivers, and community members to an increase in online threats involving coordinated groups known as “The Com” (short for the Community).

“The Com” is a network of online predators who use grooming, manipulation, coercion, and intimidation to exploit young people, which can lead to violent and/or criminal behaviour. Offenders often build trust, create secrecy through fear or shame, and pressure victims into harmful or unsafe activities.

These groups target children and youth aged 8 to 17 across popular online platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Snapchat, Roblox, Minecraft, Twitch, and Steam.

These online predators operate using the following tactics:

- Building trust through friendship or romantic attention
- Manipulating youth using fear, guilt, or intimidation
- Coercing victims into harmful or unsafe activities, including:
o Creating or sharing inappropriate and exploitative images or videos
o Engaging in self-harm or harm toward others or animals
o Displaying concerning usernames, symbols, or messages
o Coercing children to participate in crimes—such as hoax 9‑1‑1 calls (swatting), online attacks, or sharing harmful content—often without realizing the seriousness of what they’re being manipulated into.
- Forcing compliance through threats such as exposing private information, doxing, or swatting.

DRPS has recently responded to a number of incidents in the community that are believed to be linked to this online predatory group.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to watch for patterns or clusters of the following behaviours:

- Use of encrypted apps (e.g., Discord, Telegram) without parental knowledge
- Withdrawal, secrecy, mood changes, or declining academic performance
- Increased or secretive use of phones or electronic devices
Interest in extreme or harmful online ideologies
- New online contacts your child seems unusually attached to—or afraid of

While one of these signs may not be of concern, multiple indicators together may warrant attention.

You can help protect your child by talking to them about the risks of sharing personal information or images online. Ask direct, non-judgmental questions about the platforms they use and the individuals they interact with. Ensure you have access to your child’s online platforms and regularly review their activity. Pay close attention to platforms with chat or group features.

If you notice any concerning online activity or individuals on online platforms that may pose a safety risk, report it to DRPS at 1-888-579-1520.

I Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo (1) The First of The Kingdom of Canada, Queen and Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the World under Natural Law hereby issue this Royal Decree.

To all Kingdom of Canada's Nationals and to all Nations of the World I, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo (1) The First Sovereign of The Kingdom of Canada, Reigning Monarch issue this Royal Decree under the principals of Natural Law to protect the inherent rights and dignity of all individuals Worldwide.

Rationale:

The Prohibition of Corporatization of Birth Certificates and the Securitization of the Living have been identified as a threat to the autonomy, freedom, and wellbeing of individuals. This phenomena has significant implications for individuals, society, and the global economy.

High-Level Analysis:

The treatment of Birth Certificates as financial assets and commodities has led to the following issues,

1] Loss of personal autonomy: when birth certificates are treated as financial assets individuals lose control over their personal identity and autonomy.

2] Financial Exploitation: Birth certificates securitization leads to financial exploitation were individuals are used as collateral for financial transactions without their knowledge or expressed informed written consent.

3] Identity Theft and Fraud: The codification of birth certificates increases the risks of identity theft and financial fraud as personal information can be bought and sold on the open market.

4] Erosion of Individual Rights: The corporatization of birth certificates can lead to the erosion of individual rights and freedoms as individuals are treated as commodities rather than human beings, living breathing baby boy, baby girl, ladies and man.

5] Systemic Risk: The securitization of the living can create systemic risk as the value of birth certificates can fluctuate and affect the stability of global financial system.

Based on the high-level analysis and rationales above, I Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo (1) The First of The Kingdom of Canada, Queen of the World under Natural Law hereby issue this Royal Decree.

Section 1

1] The treatment of birth certificate as financial assets and commodities is hereby prohibited.

2] The securitization of the living is hereby deemed null and void.

3] All individuals have the right to control and protect their personal identity documents including birth certificate.

Section 2

1] Financial institutions and companies are hereby prohibited from using birth certificates as collateral for financial transactions.

2] All financial institutions and companies are required to provide absolute transparency and disclosure regarding the use of personal identity documents.

3] Financial institutions and companies that engage in the corporatization of birth certificates or the securitization of the living is subject to severe penalties and fine and criminal charges.

Section 3

1] All governments and regulatory bodies are hereby required to implement reforms to prevent the corporatization of birth certificates and securitization of the living.

2] All governments and regulatory bodies are required to prioritize the protection of individual rights and freedoms.

They isolated you so that you wouldn’t be able to defend yourself but this backfired because you became EXACTLY who GOD wanted you to be in your season of isolation. They had a plan, but so did the creator. Spirit knew she would heal you, educate you, heighten your sensitivity in the spirit and be able to speak to you directly when you were all alone. You don’t need much outside of yourself when you have God. THE BEST thing these people could have done to you is let you be. They wanted you to crumble and crawl back but instead you did the inner work. You went through introspection and revived the inner child and the God within. You learned how to love yourself, defend yourself, and build yourself up so now not only do you have no fear of isolation- you know FOR SURE you’ll NEVER need anyone who attempted to create conditions to watch you struggle just to create the illusion of codependency.

“I have such great appreciation.

This has been an incredible discussion.

I had thought after thought after thought with each of your comments. And I'll try to be brief, but there is so much important information that each and every one of you provided that just kind of sparked further thought within me.

And one of the things you said, Your Excellency Julia, is how some people feel the desperation. You didn't say that word specifically, but the desperation of existing, right?

That they feel like there's really nowhere to go and that they seek this as a relief. And I think about that.

I'm going to think about, and I want to say this word for others to think about is the hardships created by a system that then offers you a program to suicide yourself.

Just just process that for a second. And that is you you got to realize the level of repugnance, the level of disgusting process that this 3D enslavement system has done to the people.

It's absolutely incredible. The fact is that the resources belong to us, the people. They steal that from us. And those resources allow us to be able to live in peace, in calm, in tranquility, in silence. However, you choose to live your life, you would be able to do that.

And then some with the access of the resources that belong to you. But because you have, we have had thieves in that 3D enslavement system, they create those hardships, they create those stresses, and then say, here we give you a program that alleviates you.

Absolutely disgusting. Absolutely.

The fact is, is taxes are not required. It keeps us stressed, it keeps us exhausted, it keeps us from being able to observe the corruption. They want the children. That is the intention.

If you can take the adults away, the children have they have access to the children. And we, if you look into the research, what Child Protective Services has done.

The truth behind that, incredible.

You think of the cost of living. I saw a recent video. Cost of living, who came up with that? Cost of living, that term, that phrase.

Fabricated for greed is what that is. Exhaustion. Why do you have a cost of anything? A cost to exist. Who said that?

Her Royal Majesty has talked about that. The land, the water, the air.

Free. It was here before all of us.

Nobody owns it. It is abundance by creator. Our creator. Inherent and unalienable rights under natural law, supremacy of all laws. And when people recognize it, the game is over.

It is over.

But the people have to recognize it.

They have to choose it in free will. And when they do, they free themselves of that enslavement. They free it for their bloodlines, past and future. I know there's really no time. But with that said, you free yourself, your children, your loved ones. You're fulfilling your purpose.

I want to say the terms we talked about organ harvesting. Many people have a hard time believing that. And there have been so many people that have had to experience being told in a hospital, oh, your loved one is brain dead. The garbage they pull with that one, the fabricated term that is incredibly misleading to keep you complacent with the fact that they want their organs.

And her Royal Majesty, with Her Royal Majesty's wisdom, you cannot take organs that are dead.

Your Excellency Julia, you commented on this. The fact is, brain dead is a fabricated term.

Your loved one could have come back if they went through that process and they took those organs. And that's hard for a lot of people that are going to have to recognize that truth.

We can take a sovereign stance, free will in peace, and we can change that.

And Her Royal Majesty guides us all with these royal decrees that are based under natural law.
