@SnyderQueen_@TPZMickD The krypton ship was warning them at this point that the future course it set if they resurrect Superman. In this the point to Knightmare team are trying to send Barry back too?
James Gunn's Superman is a severe overcorrection from the biblical seriousness of the Zack Snyder movies. cast is fantastic (Brosnahan MVP), but the whole thing is *way* too silly for its own good. a step down from Gunn's previous cape stuff.

Went to #Superman this evening. The more I think about it the more I find myself incredibly disappointed. Far from a return to glory, it's a tonal mess with an overstuffed plot and a disappointing villain. David Corenswet was good. Review coming tomorrow.
"Superman" is an energetic but overstuffed and scattershot reboot, with fine performances, overly familiar action sequences, and mildly amusing humor. It makes for an entertaining popcorn movie. Nothing more, nothing less. My full review:

#Superman IMAX: lively superhero flick with good cast & adorable dog. Story is corny at times, even cartoony, which may play better with younger kids. Hero pic turns into team hero pic which is Gunn's turf. Still, broader appeal outside comicbook movie crowd will be tough.
I went into #Superman with moderate expectations. Sadly, it didn't live up to the hype for me. For something meant to be a fresh start to a new DC Universe, it felt like a re-tread of things done before.
"You will give the people of Earth an ideal to strive towards. They will race behind you. They will stumble, they will fall. But in time, they will join you in the sun, Kal. In time, you will help them accomplish wonders.” -Jor-El #SupermanDay
@VegasBabyKJ @SupesBatsy So it’s clear this “professional” went into a movie looking to nit-pick and find the negative as his main objective. Typical of nit-picking character, his nits and negatives are found in the opening sequence (ofcourse). Job done, no point in watching the rest of the movie………..
Ezra Miller thanks #TheFlash director Andy and Barbara’s Muschietti, the Warner Bros. brass and DC co-chairs Peter Safran and James Gunn for their “grace and discernment and care” and the cast
@theSnyderKnight You cant even compare. You would think with advances in technology The Flash would be far superior on VFX.
Zach was ahead of his time as usual.
