@thetrainline Nope. I had to come up with an alternative. I did get a train but not to my originally planned destination and I bought a new ticket.

@thetrainline So, my train was cancelled whilst I was literally sat onboard, so I didn't travel, but yet I cannot request a refund? It was a return, so hopefully I'll get to use the 2nd part Tomorrow but would very much like a refund for today's, non-journey.
