In preparation to the #Starship launch 7 I created the thrust section of my future Starship Booster model out of wood and soldered 33 addressable LEDs to it. A Python script brings the Raptors to life. It captures the live stream and controls the LEDs in real time via an ESP32

Mechazilla out of chopsticks in its full height. As long as I haven’t built a Starship model Saturn V takes its place.
I am excited to visit the USA and the Spacecoast in two weeks and see the Starship tower and the place where Saturn V lifted off into space.

The base foundation is poured out of hobby concrete. It is around 4 kg in weight. I have built a shuttering and the inner skeleton is of course out of chopsticks #Mechazilla #Starship @SpaceX

An update on my current fleet of tower segments. In the front row from left to right: The base (it will be casted into hobby concrete later). The lowest segment (1). The top segment (8/9) with pulleys. All other five are segments 2-6. So one more segment to be build #Mechazilla
