@KirstieMAllsopp Their children were punching bags for the RF, aided and abetted by the presstitute UK media as soon as they drew their first breath - literally! Absolutely NOTHING good has been taken from them in relation to Harry's Windsor relatives. H&M are giving A&L love, peace & security.
@GlowanneLee Good on Henry for giving Willy his place in the sun because his influence in of all this is flying under the radar in the reporting I've seen.
I’m sorry, but this whole situation is fucking trash.
The King. The UK government. The institution. The optics are all trash.
We’re talking about a British Army veteran, the founder and patron of the Invictus Games, saying he won’t bring his wife and children to the UK because of security concerns.
Think about that.
Veterans deserve better than this. The founder of the Invictus Games deserves better than this.
Next year, the UK is set to host the Invictus Games. Every host nation has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for the Games and everyone attending. Yet the conversation surrounding the founder’s own family’s security has become a story in itself.
That’s not something to celebrate. It’s an embarrassment.
And don’t tell me this reflects well on the King, the government, or the institution because, in my opinion, it doesn’t. It reflects like shit.
The whole world is watching this play out, and the message isn’t one of strength. It’s dysfunction. That’s fucking trash.
@albieamankona@RoyalFamily Court documents shows Queen Elizabeth II wanted Prince Harry and Meghan to have full security.
King Charles III chose to endanger two children and two adults.
@albieamankona@RoyalFamily To those who think Charles the king has no discretionary power on who gets Metropolitan armed police protection.. Neil Basu, former head of counter-terrorism and member of RAVEC, had this to say to Victoria Ward about Prince Harry’s police protection removal.
one of the main reasons why the 1995 version is the best because you get to see the key dialogues for their relationship straight from the book and this one is from the first episode!! also the TENSION, the eye contact...
YES: Mamdani's administration just funded New York City's first-ever pet food pantry program.
$750,000 in the FY2027 budget, specifically to help pet owners who can't afford food for their animals. Another $750,000 goes toward affordable spay/neuter services. $1.5 million total, aimed at keeping people and their pets together.
Here's why it matters: NYC animal shelters took in over 16,000 animals last year. Nearly 10,000 were strays. Another 6,500 were owner surrenders — people who loved their pets but couldn't afford to feed them or get them basic vet care, and had to give them up.
Animal welfare advocates had been pushing for this for years, asking for $15.3 million to fully fund pantries, spay/neuter clinics in every borough, and a real animal welfare office. They got a fraction of the ask, But it's the first time the city has put dedicated dollars behind the idea at all.
No family should have to choose between rent and feeding their family — pets included. This is a start.
@KayBurley Harry asked for him to "get out of the way" so the process could run it's course and given the protection afforded his problematic brother we know, as FACT he didn't even stir himself to do that. Shame on KC3, the institution, you in the media to whom this is sport & the Nation!
@feminegra That man has been a pos all his adult life, unlikely he would have the self-awareness or grace to stop now. He richly deserves his true title of deadbeat dad/grandad!
A Confederate flag was displayed at a royal event on the King’s Sandringham Estate. The organizers apologized. Good. Now explain how it got there in the first place. Accountability should not stop at the event staff. Buckingham Palace owes the public some answers.
A Billionaire Lecturing The Pavement
When ‘Prince’ William calls homelessness a “systemic failure” while sitting on inherited land, empty properties and obscene wealth, it isn’t insight, it’s the sound of the SYSTEM admitting guilt and expecting applause.
The super-rich aren't getting wealthier because they're working harder.
They're getting richer because they get their income from the assets they own.
Worse yet, they pay a lower rate of tax on that income than who get their incomes from going out to work for a living.
Last week I spoke at a rally about the problem of deliberate disinformation in sections of the UK corporate press. Neatly, the rally was reported in the Sunday Telegraph in an article full deliberate disinformation. https://t.co/JUDsoXfFUD
