@smthngnope these are people who are responding to PT intervention in a clear and expected way, with consistent improvements. obviously if i had any reason to suspect something more nefarious was going on, i would recommend an MRI. they also can go get one anyway if they really want it.

i had to talk two separate patients out of getting MRIs because why bother spending more money for imaging that is ultimately unnecessary and doesn’t impact how their rehab would go
