The fire alarm is going off and I think it’s the security guard’s first time making a “stay calm” announcement. His voice is shaking. Hopefully it’s not a real fire again.

Banks make us have a password or code to verify our identity when we call, they should do the same when they call us. I think it’d prevent a lot of scammers.
