Main Range 275 - The End of the Beginning

Nice homage to Sirens of Time in its structure and the four Doctors together are a blast, but, unfortunately, the range goes out with a whimper. The "villain" is ominous for no reason & I'm so sick of Gallifreyan MacGuffin stories.
