Extremely frustrating experience with @amazon Cus.Svc! Poor at best! Account hacked meanwhile I can’t get assistance from a Mgr @amazon! They have managed delivering packages in 6 minutes during blizzards/ pandemics but can’t get a person to explain why my account is locked!
