Sometimes I wonder if part of the reason Vox dislikes Charlie so much is jealousy. She basically has what he once wanted: she gets to be close to Alastor, work with him and spend a lot of time around him. Maybe seeing Charlie have that so easily gets under his skin, and that’s partly why he’s so determined to discredit her and everything she’s trying to do. I’d love to find out if there’s actually some jealousy behind the way he treats her
