Q: My understanding is that Urahara, Tessai, and the Visored were fully pardoned because the crimes attributed to them were false accusations to begin with.
On the other hand, Yoruichi and Isshin independently abandoned their duties as captains, and those offenses were not false accusations, so I assume they could not simply be fully pardoned.
I am curious what judgment Central 46 reached regarding them.
Kubo: Since Kisuke had been falsely accused, Yoruichi was pardoned for aiding his escape.
Isshin had been treated as missing from the outset, so no crime was recorded against him.
As for the earlier offenses of abandoning their duties and traveling to the World of the Living without permission, both of them are tacitly permitted to enter and leave Soul Society in recognition of their achievements during the Great Soul King Protection War.
Though Isshin hardly ever comes and goes anyway.
